Nicole Ramaphotsa, 28, aspiring musician and telemarketer. A music graduate, Nicole performs at festivals and gives her own concert, but is equally at home in plays. She approached Adecco to broaden her career horizons. An assessment of her skills led to a job with one of the leading Call Centre companies in Johannesburg, South Africa focussing on after sales support in home electronics.
