Intelligent Reporting

Adecco has developed a unique enhanced service to their Clients in the form of a Client Report Pack. It is one of the major differentiators between Adecco and their competitors. The report provides our Clients with an electronic copy of the details on their Invoice as well as some statistics based on each week’s payroll information. The Client provides up to 2 reference numbers of their choice per employee for analysis purposes. For example: Department, Branch, Supervisor, Cost Centre, etc.

The Client Report Pack includes:

Client Report

Details the Invoice, Batch and Order numbers; Client Reference; Employee number, Name and ID Number; Job Category; Type of Earnings; Hours; Client Rate and Total.

Data Sheet

Contains all the relative Client information for that specific pay run. This is very useful for those Clients wanting to import information into their accounting package. (The Client Report Sheet uses the Data Sheet information in the Pivot table.)

Statistics Sheet

A summary of the various statistics reports that are included in the Report Pack:
