Our onsite system utilizes biometric identification technology in conjunction with contactless smart card technology. The system is driven by a web based back office allowing users direct, real time contact with their offices, irrespective of geographical location. The system is extremely adaptable and flexible to allow for customization across the complete spectrum of industry and payroll systems.

This allows both line managers and senior management insights into the management of employees’ productive employee working time and enables line managers to micro-manage their own components within the organizational structure.

Rate Schedule Breakdown Report - This illustrates the exact hours worked by a set of employees, which have been assigned to a specific department

Job Costing Report - This illustrates an overview of employee activities and assignments for a specific set of employees in a particular department.

Enhanced system functionality allows for attendance email and SMS notifications to be sent to an array of users according to customized specifications.
