For many elite athletes, beginning a job search outside of sport may seem like a daunting task. Beyond the emotional impact, you may have questions such as:

What do I want to do after my sporting career is finished?

What do I need to do to get the right job?

Where do I start searching for employment?

What skills do I have?

Or if you are still playing elite level sport;

What job will complement my training schedule?

What work experience can I get that will help me when I retire from sport?

The Adecco Athlete Career Program will help you find answers to these questions. You will learn information and techniques to make the transition from the sporting world to the work-place and be taught career management skills you can use throughout your work-place career.

The Adecco Athlete Career Program is fully flexible in relation to services offered and can be tailored specifically to meet the needs of different athletes with varied backgrounds, competition requirements and training schedules.

The Athlete Career Program is free of charge for athletes, sporting organisations and clubs and is part of the Adecco Groups Corporate Social Responsibility Program.
