Empowerdex awarded Adecco with a "B" rating. BEE is an integral part of Adecco’s business strategy and imperatives. It is Adecco’s intention and commitment to build and grow within all the categories contributing to BEE. Adecco believes in empowerment that would actively contribute to the success of ventures that impact on BEE. Adecco creates a conducive, supportive environment to enforce the achievement & implementation of BEE.

BEE INDICATORS:

Employment Equity

Adecco fully complies with Employment Equity Act. Black representation is at 61.80%, Black women representation is at 39.33%.

Management & Control

Adecco has black female on the Board and has black participation in Top Management.

Skills Development

Adecco has fulfilled the SDA requirements with 53.46% black delegates trained.

Preferential Procurement

Adecco has an affirmative action procurement policy. Black owned and empowered suppliers have been contracted and nurtured where possible. Adecco regularly survey suppliers to monitor transformation progress.

Corporate Social Investment

CSI has become an integral part of Adecco’s ethos. Adecco has community projects within the fields of Sport Development; HIV/Aids and Education.

Enterprise Development

Adecco has embarked on the creation and development of local business. Adecco has supported financially and has fully given operational capacity to the Black business. Adecco further promotes and accelerates in initiatives that support growth of local business.
